I ordered a blind and asked for delivery to be delayed as it was arriving while on holiday. They said it would be discharged when back.

2 weeks later and they are no longer responding to emails and telephone goes straight to voicemail.

I ordered 6 vertical blinds and once fitted it was apparent one of the rails was faulty as the blinds would not turn only open or close so unable to adjust the angle of the slats. I reported this straight away and was advised to remove slats then put back on the rail in the open position. I did this but it has not fixed the problem. I was then asked to send a video of the problem which i did then asked again to perform their "solution", then asked for another video and advised again to remove slats and put back on again ! I have sent many emails and also tried to discuss the problem on the phone. They are adament i am at fault not the track. It is a small track that would probly cost them pennies to replace but they prefer not to do this. The last thing i was advised was to take the blinds down again including the rail which they would collect to get it checked if it is faulty, in the meantime part of my window would be without a blind.
The customer service is very poor and they prefere to blame the customer rather than simply resolve the issue. Avoid them and buy from someone who actually care about customers. You will probably note they only seem to respond to ratings if they are good, says it all !

I ordered faux wood blinds and look okay but beware the top bar is a lot bigger then the blades so if going into a bay window beware on your measurements as they don’t mention it
I have been chasing up a blackout blind ordered same time so expected it a week ago said it would be with me Friday no updates not here on contacting customer services they acknowledge your email then fob you off not answering your question now saying chasing courier I don’t even believe it’s with the courier so they shouldn’t blame them really poor customer service won’t be recommending to family or ordering from them again
They state made to measure won’t be refunded which is ridiculous when there not providing the blinds in time frame given 5-7 days for day and night blinds now been 2 weeks and still no sign of it

Delivered within 3 working days! Incredibly easy to install. The blinds look pretty damn good too at an excellent price!

Ordered some verticle blinds, just the slats on its own and it had been over 3 weeks. They keep promising but not delivering my order.
Also customer service is crap, no matter what time you ring it goes straight to Voicemail.
Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I thinks it's ridiculous that even thought I have provided you with the address not once but twice you couldn't get it right..then had the audacity to say it was my fault?even after "clarifying" address you still haven't managed to send me my order and ignoring my request for a refund? This is a SCAM!!!

I ordered 5 wooden venetian blinds Saturday morning, double checking all the measurements making shore that they were all in cm's and inside recess. CHECKED the order twice and took a copy.

Email arrived Monday morning to say your blinds will be shipped on Wednesday, " what " Delivery Thursday. " That couldn't be right."
Thursday 10.30 the blinds were delivered.

Unpacked them all, very easy to fit, screws, brackets, fittings for ever eventuate, even a pelmet with returns. They had thought of everything.

i was very sceptical about buying made to measure blinds on line. These blinds are excellent for the money they cost.
fast service, seams to be just the ticket.

If this company can give this kind of service, why can't others, covid or no covid, no excuses,

I checked the details and realised it actually states that it can take up to 5 to 7 working days to deliver so double check when ordering because this varies from blind to blind

they are beautiful vertical blinds I have order I suffer with hands stiffness and it was easy to put together and put up

Just received my blinds order of light grey .. the box states colour as mineral . The colour is a coffee colour/ khaki not light grey as shown on website ! Company state pictures on there web are slightly different yet my photo shows how different the colour is ! I would mind a slightly darker or lighter grey but this is no where near the colour light grey … customer service are playing the picture is digital so may not be the same.. yet my picture is digitital and the box states colour mineral !!!

Have bought many real wood blinds from this company. Their quality is excellent and their customer service is great.

Ordered made to measure blinds, 2 people in the household took the measurements to make sure they where correct and they came wrong sized. Won’t order again.

Quite simply the best blinds I have ever purchased. The quality of the product is excellent. They can not be beaten. I have bought blinds from several other retailers and none come near to the standard of unbeatable blinds. The customer service is exceptional. Following a mistake on my part on a recent order I emailed customer services within minutes the erro The error was rectified and the order confirmed. The name of the business says it all really unbeatable on price unbeatable on quality unbeatable on customer service. I will not purchase blinds from anyone else.

I have ordered and recieved 4 blinds so far. Excellent value and quality. Delivery doesn't take long and kept up to date with tracking info. I would definitely recommend.
